the course of the lease Clent finance may

accumulate further personal and business

information from the lessee. All Lessee’s

have applied for finance via The Oxford

Funding company Ltd and have confirmed

that they have read and accepted the Oxford

Funding company’s terms of business, which

specifically include the lessee’s permission

to pass their information both business and

personal to a lessee, which includes Clent

finance Ltd.

Will only take and store information

relevant to the lease agreement

Will only use the information it holds to

administer the lease agreement

3.

Will not pass on information about

Lessee’s to any third party, other than on

request to pass information back to The

Oxford Funding company Ltd on request

Will not contact Lessee’s other than in

relation to the administration of a lease

5.

Will keep all Data secure

Will hold paper records of Lessee

information for no longer than 7 years.

Computer records may be held longer

2.

Will on request:

supply any lessee details of the

information held

•

Amend any records that a lessee

points out is incorrect

•

Remove any information on a lessee

provided there is no current lease

agreement
